We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases from our outlet. If you aren't completely satisfied, we're here to make the return process as simple as possible.

General Guidelines

 

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, all items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The item must be free of any odors (such as perfume, deodorant, or smoke).

  • All original tags must be attached and included with the garment.

  • Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged box (the shoe box cannot be used as the shipping box).

Please note: If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund, and the item will be sent back to you.

Final Sale Items

 

Due to the significantly discounted nature of our outlet pricing, some items are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product page carefully before purchasing. Items designated as Final Sale include:

  • Items explicitly marked "Clearance" or "Final Sale."

  • Intimates (such as underwear, hosiery, and shapewear).

  • Jewelry and certain accessories (such as earrings and hair accessories).

  • Gift Cards, which are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

 

  1. Start Online: Go to our Returns Portal at [Insert Link to Returns Portal Here].

  2. Provide Details: Enter your Order Number and the Email Address used for the purchase.

  3. Generate Label: Follow the steps to select the item(s) you are returning. A return shipping label will be generated for you to print.

  4. Ship It: Securely package your item(s) and affix the printed label to the package. Drop it off at the nearest location for [Insert Carrier Name, e.g., USPS/FedEx].

Refunds and Processing

 

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A flat rate of $7.99 for the return label will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount.

Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 5 to 7 business days for our team to inspect and process it. We will send you an email notification when your return has been processed and your refund has been issued to your original form of payment. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
